Dead Island had Steam trading card support added on 17 July 2013. There are 9 cards in the series, and you'll receive 5 cards at random for purchasing and playing the game.
The game has since gotten a remaster, which has its own separate set of trading cards. In addition, other games in the series, Dead Island Riptide (and its remaster) and Dead Island: Epidemic also has trading card support.
